Interview 1
The first interview usually takes place with a manager or someone from the department. The goals of this interview are to match the mutual expectations and to know each other. Take your chance to ask all the questions that matter to you. Both sides should find out if there is a fit.
Interview 2
The second interview takes place with a manager and a team member. The goals of this interview are to get to know each other better and to communicate the work environment further. In the second interview we perform a role-play (assessment) that allows you to better evaluate whether you are the right fit for the postion.
