1. Open trainings and courses

In our interactive training courses, we empower employees and managers from operational implementation to strategic portfolio development. For every topic, be it agile project management or organizational development, in addition to specific knowledge, best practices from our wealth of experience are conveyed. In addition to the actual event, the participants can also use our digital learning app. This means that the training content can be prepared and repeated regardless of time and place. This ensures sustainable learning success.

In addition, we regularly offer free webinars on current topics in project management, process management and organizational development. The participants get an insight into valuable basic knowledge, get to know our trainers and have the opportunity to receive answers to individual questions.

2. Inhouse Trainings

On request, we also offer our training courses as individual company courses - online, at our customers' premises or in our modern facilities. Individual micro-learning courses via our learning app are also possible. We help customers to identify specific training needs and to design and implement an adapted training offer.

3. Qualification processes

The [bu:st] group supports you in the further development of your qualification processes. We empower internal knowledge mediators through “Train the Trainer” courses and help those responsible for qualifications with the conception and implementation of a suitable training landscape for employees and managers.
