Franziska Schöffer

Senior Consultant

"With my passion for project management, I feel I'm in exactly the right job at [bu:st]. With challenging projects in interesting areas, such as autonomous driving, I have been able to learn something every day over the last three years and have developed a lot as a result. I'm excited about driving projects forward through a balanced mix of classic and agile project management methods and making complexity masterable for our customers. The wide range of training courses and the exchange with my colleagues have also played a major role in my professional and personal development."

Tobias Krotter

Managing Consultant

"I started in 2006 as a planner for a vehicle module at an automotive OEM, where I had to and was allowed to get to know the usual PM processes in depth, from Time and Scheduling Management to Change Management and Committee Management. I was then able to use this basic knowledge perfectly in my next project as interim project manager for the development of a motor yacht in an international team of experts consisting of designers, naval architects and homologation specialists. This is also where my passion for operational project management with a focus on robust development processes and their consistent implementation in the project with the use of scheduling tools was awakened."

Aida Terzic

Managing Consultant

"I started working at [bu:st] right after graduation with the goal of taking on exciting projects while developing and learning. Through instructive and varied projects that require a lot of personal responsibility, my expectations were completely fulfilled. At the same time, I have the opportunity to participate directly in the company's development as a QMB and in the context of internal projects (such as initial certification ISO27001). Professional and extensive internal training/qualification enable me to ideally combine specialist knowledge and leadership skills. With my re-entry after parental leave, [bu:st] also shows that leadership responsibility can also be taken on part-time and that career and family are very compatible."

Simon Närdemann

Managing Consultant

"After joining [bu:st] as a graduate, I developed through customer projects and the qualification landscape to become a strategic and operational customer manager as well as an internal team leader. The internal qualification allowed me to learn to understand the language of the customer, develop strategies on how to better put my ideas into practice with the customer, and develop my strengths. Fortunately, I have been able to support many different customers in different industries, with my main focus being in the machinery and. International assignments in Spain and Austria have also supported my development."

Florian Tschödrich

Managing Consultant

"My first impression of [bu:st] is the reason why I'm here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else – very different, but all motivated people with a desire to get better and better and for teamwork in diverse projects. In my projects, which have always varied completely from software platforms to complete vehicles, from e-mobility to autonomous driving, from pre-development to series production, there has never been a day of boredom or regret! What I appreciate most is that [bu:st] always gives me the opportunity and motivation to learn during my often busy workday, to qualify myself internally and externally, to exchange ideas with others and to develop myself personally."

Julian Ofenstein

Senior Consultant

"During my time as a master's student at [bu:st], the open and helpful culture as well as the opportunities for personal development quickly convinced me to start my professional journey here. Varied customer projects in an agile environment as well as exciting internal projects with motivated colleagues enabled me to expand my knowledge gained from my internal junior/senior qualification with practical experience. Furthermore, the continuous development of the company portfolio offers me the opportunity to make my personal contribution to the growth of [bu:st]."
